Prices on our website are without VAT. EU customers that provide a valid VAT number will not be charged with the tax. Clients from outside the EU are also VAT exempt.

All products are genuine, original items. Each product is delivered in original manufacturer’s packaging, unadulterated and sealed. check integrity upon arrival.

The only difference is the cosmetic appearance of the packaging. As multinational manufacturers are required to package their products according to the distribution country’s requirements, there may be slight packaging differences.

Products ordered from OLB Cosmetology online store are typically shipped within 48 hours after the payment has been successfully cleared . If the product is currently unavailable at our warehouse, shipping may be delayed. However, when that is the case, you will be notified by our team. We offer  Standard and Express Deliveries.

Clients in USA and Canada

Standard delivery; 3-6 days. Express delivery; 1-2 days.

EU-based clients 

Standard Delivery; 7-11 business days. Express Deliveries within 4-7 business days, .

Clients in non-EU countries 

10-15 business days with Standard Delivery.

 6-9 business days with Express Delivery.

We accept payments made through credit/debit card, PayPal or via a bank transfer. As our customer, you will have the freedom to choose which of these options suits you the best. 


Yes, full refunds are an option when you shop from OLB Cosmetology. We offer buyer protection in the following cases: 1) The item was damaged upon arrival; 2) The client received a wrong product; 3) The item has manufacturing defects. However, do make sure you contact us within 3 days after you have received your order if you wish to return it or get a refund. Our team may ask you to provide additional information when they are examining your case
