Return Policy

We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 4-day returns program

Since we sell medical products, among others, we cannot guarantee we will accept returns or offer refunds in all circumstances. However, we will work with you as best we can to ensure you are a satisfied customer.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the products you receive, you may qualify for a refund.

  • When you received your package, it was warm or hot, above 8° C.
  • Your product arrived damaged.
  • When you initially used the product, it was proven inactive.

If you are inquiring about returning a refrigerated product, you must keep the product in the refrigerator, or freezer if applicable, until we review your request. If and when we authorize a return, you must ship the product back in similar packaging to what it was delivered in. This may include a styrofoam box containing ice packs and placed inside another cardboard box.

If we determine you should receive a refund, you may choose either to receive a full refund or have your order, or part of your order, re-shipped.
