Revolax™ Sub-Q Lidocaine

General Information

REVOLAX™ SUB-Q LIDOCAINE is a sterile, injectable hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler manufactured by Across Co., Ltd. in South Korea. It is the thickest and most cohesive filler in the REVOLAX range, specifically developed to correct very deep wrinkles, restore significant facial volume and enhance facial contours.

The formulation contains 24 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, combined with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride (3 mg/mL) to help reduce discomfort during treatment. It also contains phosphate-buffered saline to maintain formulation stability.

REVOLAX™ SUB-Q LIDOCAINE features a highly viscous and cohesive gel designed to maintain its structure and provide strong volumising support. It is particularly suitable for deep facial contouring and areas requiring significant structural enhancement.

Indications for REVOLAX™ SUB-Q LIDOCAINE

REVOLAX™ SUB-Q LIDOCAINE is designed to correct severe facial wrinkles and restore facial volume. Its aesthetic applications include:

Contraindications and Precautions

REVOLAX™ SUB-Q LIDOCAINE should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or any other component of the formulation.

Treatment should be avoided in cases of active skin infections or inflammation, severe allergies, bleeding disorders or a tendency to develop hypertrophic scars. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Medical assessment is required before treatment, particularly for patients taking anticoagulants or those with relevant medical conditions. The product must not be injected into blood vessels and should only be administered by appropriately trained healthcare professionals.

Potential Side Effects

Temporary reactions may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching, pain and small lumps around the injection site.

Less common complications include infection, persistent inflammation, nodules, granulomas, skin discolouration and hypersensitivity reactions.

Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis and visual disturbances. Severe pain, unusual skin colour changes or vision problems following treatment require immediate medical attention.
