Revolax™ Fine Lidocaine

General Information

REVOLAX™ FINE LIDOCAINE is a sterile, injectable hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler manufactured by Across Co., Ltd. in South Korea. It is specifically designed to correct superficial facial wrinkles and fine lines while improving skin smoothness and providing natural-looking results.

The formulation contains 24 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, combined with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride (3 mg/mL) to help reduce discomfort during treatment. The product also contains phosphate-buffered saline to maintain its formulation stability.

REVOLAX™ FINE LIDOCAINE features a lightweight, highly cohesive gel formulation designed for superficial dermal implantation. It is particularly suitable for delicate facial areas where fine lines and wrinkles require subtle correction.

Indications for REVOLAX™ FINE LIDOCAINE

REVOLAX™ FINE LIDOCAINE is designed to improve the appearance of superficial wrinkles and fine lines. Its aesthetic applications include:

Contraindications and Precautions

REVOLAX™ FINE LIDOCAINE should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or any other component of the formulation.

Treatment should be avoided in cases of active skin infections, severe allergies, previous anaphylactic reactions or a tendency to develop hypertrophic scars. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable medical guidance.

A medical assessment is required before treatment. The product must never be injected into blood vessels and should only be administered by appropriately trained healthcare professionals.

Potential Side Effects

Temporary reactions may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching, pain and small lumps around the injection site.

Less common complications include infection, persistent inflammation, nodules, skin discolouration and hypersensitivity reactions.

Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis and visual disturbances. Severe pain, unusual skin colour changes or vision problems following treatment require immediate medical attention.
