Teosyal® Puresense Ultra Deep

General Information

TEOSYAL® PURESENSE ULTRA DEEP is a sterile, injectable hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler manufactured by TEOXANE Laboratories in Switzerland. It is specifically developed to restore facial volume, correct deep wrinkles and folds, and improve facial contours while providing natural-looking results.

The formulation contains 25 mg/mL of cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Its highly cohesive gel structure is designed to provide strong volumising support and restore facial definition in areas affected by age-related volume loss.

The product also contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, a local anaesthetic that helps reduce discomfort during treatment.

TEOSYAL® PURESENSE ULTRA DEEP is particularly suitable for deeper facial volume restoration and contour enhancement, including the cheeks, cheekbones, chin and jawline.

TEOSYAL® PURESENSE ULTRA DEEP is designed to restore facial volume and correct deep wrinkles. Its aesthetic applications include:

Contraindications and Precautions

TEOSYAL® PURESENSE ULTRA DEEP should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine or any other component of the formulation.

Treatment should be avoided in cases of active skin infections, autoimmune diseases, severe allergies, bleeding disorders, epilepsy, porphyria, diabetes with poor wound healing or a history of keloid scarring. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in individuals under 18 years of age.

The product should not be injected into the lips, peri-orbital area or blood vessels. Medical assessment is required before treatment, and administration must be performed exclusively by appropriately trained healthcare professionals.

Potential Side Effects

Temporary reactions may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching, pain and small lumps around the injection site.

Less common complications include infection, persistent inflammation, nodules, granulomas and hypersensitivity reactions.

Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis and visual disturbances. Severe pain, unusual skin colour changes or vision problems following treatment require immediate medical attention.
