General Information
SURGIDERM® 30XP is a sterile, cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Allergan in France. It is designed for the correction of moderate to deep facial wrinkles and skin depressions, as well as lip volumisation and contour enhancement.
The formulation contains 24 mg/ml of non-animal-origin cross-linked hyaluronic acid in a physiological phosphate buffer solution with a pH of 7.2. Its cohesive gel structure is intended to provide volume and support facial contour correction.
SURGIDERM® 30XP is designed for injection into the mid to deep dermis by appropriately trained healthcare professionals. Compared with SURGIDERM® 24XP, it is intended for deeper skin depressions and additional volume enhancement.

Contraindications and Precautions
SURGIDERM® 30XP should only be administered by qualified healthcare professionals trained in dermal filler injection techniques and facial anatomy.
It should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, a tendency to develop hypertrophic scars, or active inflammation or infection at the proposed injection site. The manufacturer’s instructions also contraindicate use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children.
The product must not be injected into blood vessels, the glabellar region or the periorbital area, including the eyelids and eye wrinkles. Treatment of under-eye bags is reserved for specialists specifically trained in this technique. Avoid overcorrection and follow the current instructions for use.
Potential Side Effects
Possible temporary reactions include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, itching, discomfort and small lumps at the injection site. Less common reactions may include inflammatory responses, nodules or hypersensitivity.
Rare but serious complications include vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, visual impairment and other vascular-related complications. Immediate medical assessment is necessary if severe pain, skin blanching or visual changes occur.
